Founder and Executive Director of Lloyds Financials Limited whose work has covered 41 years of experience in academic, public, private and voluntary sectors.

A Financial Engineering and a Risk Management Specialist, Lloyd is well known for his skill and expertise in ‘corporate recoveries,’ restructuring distressed companies back to profitability, among which are a number of household names in Zambia.

Currently, he is serving as the World Bank Group Country Coordinator of the Wealth Accounting and the Valuation of Ecosystems Services (WAVES) programme for Zambia which, international evaluators have judged to best performing among similar country programmes. In addition, he serves as an Advisor to the UNIDO/REEEP Private Financing Advisory Network (PFAN).

Between 2001 to 2004, he was given the task by government streamline the functions of the Lusaka Stock Exchange (LuSE), as General and CEO. His work saw the LuSE rising to become one of the top three (3) best performing stock exchanges in Africa.

Lloyd holds a number of board advisory roles, including Chair of the National Economic Advisory Council (NEAC), a strategic and independent national “Think Tank” that advises the Republican President and Government on the economy.

In 2004, Cabinet appointed Lloyd, National Advisor to Government with the task of setting up a national financing framework for the implementation of the National Housing Policy in Zambia.

From 1980 to 1994, he worked in academia before joining the private sector at Caltex Oil Zambia Limited.

Olusegun A. Yerokun, is an accomplished soil expert and agronomist specializing in Soil Fertility, Applied Soil Chemistry and Agronomy. His experience spans over 25 years. Yerokun is widely known for pioneering work when he successfully developed a commercial horticulture farm enterprise into one of the earliest agro-export businesses in Zambia. He has continued to provide consultancy services to various local and international organizations on a broad range of agriculture and livelihood related subjects. His vast achievements are anchored on imparting skills, with visionary leadership, careful planning, budgeting, fiscal control and coordination of human resources. A senior academic, who attained the position of Vice-Chancellor, Olusegun has successfully led the establishment of faculties of Agriculture; been involved in strategic education management; conducted numerous agri-based research and published widely. He has focused his professional career activities on three pillars; training and human resource development, the improvement of rural farming practices and enhancing community livelihoods through increased income generation and the sustainable management of natural resources

Ronald M. Daka

Ronald M Daka, is an enterprising, creative and self-motivated expert who served as Town Clerk, with 33 years of experience, in the management of local government authorities in Zambia. He has been instrumental in providing leadership, coordinating preparation and implementation of integrated development plans. He played a key role the establishment of Town Management Boards at Lumwana and Kalumbila in Solwezi, and the development of an iconic Civic Centre of Solwezi. This is the fastest growing area of Zambia, also known as the “New Copperbelt” due to the discovery of vast deposits of copper. A strong advocate for good leadership and corporate governance, Daka has also served on numerous parastatal company and statutory boards. As a Planner, with a strong focus on valuation and civil engineering he facilitated the building of roads and other infrastructure in the various district councils in Zambia.

He possesses exemplary inter-disciplinary competencies; learnt over the years from practice and industry. He is highly skilled in business management and strategy development from the numerous organisations he has either set up or participated in their formation. Kamal is a hands on man, with extensive experience spanning over 20 years in retail trading in the private sector.

is an accomplished professional accountant, who specializes in taxation and company secretarial services. He is a firm believer in good corporate governance, a person of high integrity and an advocate of tax compliance. He has 31 years’ experience largely at senior management level as Tax Inspector, Finance and Administration Manager and General Manager. Timothy was an Inspector at the Department of Income Tax under the Ministry of Finance for a period of 6 years. Timothy has also served as Director/ Company Secretary on various company boards. These include; Proflight Air Services Limited, Master Pork Limited, Real Meat Limited, Excellent Meat Company Limited, Mkanda Farms Limited, Leopards Investments Limited, among many others. He is a believer that business is still, at its heart, about human relationships and trust.

Jumbe Ngoma

Jumbe Ngoma

Communication for Development

is a dynamic, versatile and passionate Communication for Development Specialist who has spent 41 years incorporating communication methodologies in development work. He is a determined advocate for the use of strategic communication, as a tool for impact development.

Jumbe has worked for only three but critical institutions. He started with Multimedia Zambia, whereas, Executive Director he led the media campaign for Zambia’s return to multiparty democracy. Secondly, he worked for Pact Zambia, a policy advocacy and NGO capacity building institution, where he spearheaded activities to bring Parliament closer to the public, such as establishing of constituency offices, the Zambia Broadcasting Act, the Independent Broadcasting Authority (IBA) and the Access to Information Bill, which remains pending.

Thirdly he worked for World Bank where he won several awards, notably one for organizing the mammoth HIV and AIDS Development Marketplace, as a business approach for Zambia Malawi and Zimbabwe. In 2013 he also received the Vice President’s Top Performer Award for the World Bank Africa Region, for his contribution to communicating the work of the Bank in fighting poverty and creating impact.

As an accomplished mediator, he was in a team that negotiated for Zambia and Zimbabwe to join hands in the rehabilitation of the 50-year-old Kariba Dam, following a 20-year political impasse. He also provided communication expertise for Kariba Dam Rehabilitation Project, which galvanised several Cooperating Partners, the EU, AfDB, World Bank and the Swedish Government, including the two governments.  Jumbe was key to organizing a World Bank business trip to Chile, for Zambian policy makers, to understudy Chile’s success in diversifying her economy from copper dependency, to a more sustainable economy. He is currently Chairperson of PACT Zambia.

Lynnly has over 10 years of Accounting experience. Her analytical mindset has helped her to perform exceptionally in both Accounting and Bank Operations. She is proactive and has the ability to work independently with high levels of integrity and trust.

In her 10 years of accounting, she started her career with Finance Bank of Zambia where she was clerk and rose through the ranks to teller, senior teller and officer in charge in under 3 years.

From Finance Bank she went on to work as Finance /Credit officer at USAID funded project for Local Programmes Capacity Building (LPCB) Zambia for three years, then at Nakasansu Financial Services for one year.
For the next two years she served as a consultant for Credit Triangle Ltd which focuses on credit scores for credit worthiness.

Her new portfolio with Lloyds Financials will enhance its operations, which will include: tracking all projects and activities; ensuring that all Policies and Procedures are in place; budget processes; planning; resource mobilization.

Lynnly will also focus on identifying opportunities that will help Lloyds grow its portfolio by structuring projects and ensuring that all signed MOUs and Agreements are in place.

A great listener, Lynnly is astute with documentation, data capturing and use of software such as QuickBooks and Pastel Accounting Software.
